1.1. The game is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Employees, affiliates, sponsors, and their immediate family members or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
1.3. The game is only valid in Belgium, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, France, the Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, and Spain. Participants must reside in one of these countries to be eligible.
1.4. Participants must comply with all local laws regarding their eligibility to enter and win.
2. Game Participation
2.1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2.2. Participants must register after playing the game by providing accurate personal information, including their name, email address, and any other details requested, to be eligible to win prizes.
2.3. Participants may enter the game an unlimited number of times; however, only one prize can be won per individual during the campaign period.
2.4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
3. Game Rules
3.1. The game will take place online from February 1st, 2025, until July 15st, 2025.
3.2. Participants must catch as many filters as possible in the shortest time to maximize their score.
3.3. Points will be awarded based on performance criteria, including the number of filters caught, speed of completion, and accuracy, as detailed in the game instructions.
3.4. The game system will automatically record all scores and times to determine rankings.
4. Prizes
4.1. Prizes include the following:
1st Place: Apple AirPods
2nd Place: JBL Speaker
Runner-up Prizes: Caps and Sunglasses
4.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
4.3. The game organizers reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if any advertised prizes become unavailable.
4.4. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving and using the prizes.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. Winners will be determined based on the highest scores and fastest completion times, as recorded by the game system.
5.2. In the event of a tie, a tiebreaker question will be used to determine the winner. The tiebreaker will be communicated via email or in-game messaging.
5.3. Winners will be notified via email within 5 business days of the game's conclusion.
5.4. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 5 business days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Conduct
6.1. Participants must play the game using their own account and are prohibited from using bots, scripts, or any automated methods to manipulate gameplay.
6.2. Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs or glitches will result in immediate disqualification.
6.3. The game organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants for unsportsmanlike behavior, submission of false information, or violations of these rules.
7. Privacy
7.1. Personal information collected during the game will be used solely for game administration, prize fulfillment, and, with participants' consent, for future promotional messaging by Donaldson.
7.2. By entering, participants agree to the use of their names, scores, and likenesses (e.g., photos or avatars) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7.3. Data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
8. Liability
8.1. The game organizers are not responsible for technical malfunctions, server outages, or unauthorized access that may affect gameplay or score submission.
8.2. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless the game organizers, sponsors, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation or the use of prizes.
9. General Conditions
9.1. The game organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the game at any time for reasons beyond their control, including fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9.2. All decisions made by the game organizers regarding the interpretation and implementation of these rules are final and binding.
9.3. The game is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
